As a Key Account Manager, your mission is to cultivate, sustain, and enhance strategic partnerships and business alliances.   • Coordinate with internal teams and partners to execute promotional activities and analyze the success of marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Over 3 years of experience in the iGaming sector, preferably in a strategic B2B capacity.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of business development and client relationship management.
  • Proven ability to drive results in complex commercial settings and manage client relationships at a senior level.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to generate impactful solutions.
  • A natural aptitude for sales, negotiation, and problem-solving, with a passion for achieving results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Intern Account Manager

  • Craft compelling and locally relevant copy with a keen eye for detail.
  • Apply best practices in digital and social media marketing to maximize content impact and engagement.
  • Translate and adapt content from English to Swedish, ensuring cultural and contextual relevance.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven success in creating and executing high-impact social media campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Sprinklr, Sprout Social, etc.
  • Skilled in using creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Express, and similar software.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Exceptional time management and self-organization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to devise and implement unique social media and PR strategies.
  • Experience in the betting industry is a plus, but not mandatory.

Engineering Effectiveness Team Member

Location: Remote

Join The Bet Brothers as part of our Engineering Effectiveness Team, a vital part of our organization. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to support our engineering teams, enabling them to create high-quality software solutions efficiently. Your focus will be on enhancing technical processes, automating workflows, standardizing practices, and addressing significant technical challenges, including implementing robust system monitoring and developing software for high availability.

  • Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters in automated, highly available environments to ensure stability and uptime.
  • Assist domain teams in automating their deployment processes to achieve optimal availability.
  • Establish system monitoring to assess health, performance, and availability metrics.
  • Analyze system metrics to identify and drive performance enhancements.
  • Help formulate standards, guidelines, and best practices for software development, deployment, and operational processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, sharing insights with the wider engineering team.

Essential Skills:
  • Solid technical foundation in software development, with proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), along with automation tools like Terraform.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the capability to influence technical decisions within cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of systems architecture.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Datadog and Grafana.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
